📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to customs and carrier delays.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us.

My tracking hasn't updated.

Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to update after your package has been shipped. If there has been no movement after several days, please contact our support team.


🚚 Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship to most countries worldwide.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

My package says delivered, but I haven't received it.

Please check with household members, neighbours, your mailbox, or your local carrier first. If you're still unable to locate your package after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help investigate.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging

How do I start a return?

Simply contact our customer support with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


✏️ Order Changes

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes—but only before your order has entered processing.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.

I entered the wrong shipping address.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll gladly update your address. Contact us immediately with the correct information.

Are your products high quality?

Absolutely. Every product is carefully selected to meet our quality standards before being offered on SquishZone.

The item I want is sold out. Will it come back?

Many of our products are restocked regularly. If an item is unavailable, check back soon or contact us for availability updates.

Do product colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor and screen settings.
